- Login on the server
- Open Dashboard
- Click Users
- Click Add a user account on the right
- Type the user's first and last name
- For the username use the first letter of the first name and the full last name
- For the password use your standard
- Choose Standard for the 'level of access'
- Click Next
- Choose Read/Write for the top 3 folders and read only for the rest
- Click Next
- Click Create account accepting the defaults.
