• Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (download here if not installed)
  • Choose the Open File icon or press CTRL+O
  • Browse to your script and choose Open
  • Click Execute
  • In the Results area Right-Click and click Save Results As
  • Browse to the location you want to save the .csv file and choose Save
